My name is Lily Diaz Barrera. I am 59 years old and a mother of two adult sons. I was born in
the country of Colombia but I currently reside in Florida. I live with my husband in beautiful
Loxahatchee. I speak Spanish and conversational English, which I am working on improving!

EDUCATION

I have a degree from a Colombian university in business, majoring in accounting. I had started and managed two businesses when I lived in Colombia. Before that I worked for 20 years in a Colombian bank: first as a teller, then as an assistant manager and then as a manager.

House sitting and home watch. I am insured and will provide you with a copy of my I. D.

House cleaning and other house chores. You provide the supplies needed. For your info, I do not smoke.

Baby sitting your kids while you work or are out of the house for errands, work, appointments, etc.

Pet sitting your animals at home, walking them for exercise or transporting them to vets. I love animals.

Doing errands for you outside the house. I have a reliable well maintained and insured vehicle.

Senior companionship and non-medical care. I have taken care of my mother for decades till she passed at 92

For your business, I can provide many services like janitorial, secretarial, typing, doing errands, etc.

I can offer a combination of the above services to meet my minimum hours per trip that I need to have.

MY FEE AND PAYMENT

I charge $75 for a 3-hour trip. I cannot split the 3 hours over several trips.

If my trip lasts more than 3 hours (ex. cleaning) the extra hours will be charged pro-rata. Ex. 4.5 hours = $112.50.

I accept payment in cash or check at the end of each trip. I do not take credit cards and I do not invoice.
